Synopsis:
Ray-Ray and Cleurnd, two young ladies who were going to lead big, important lives, are blissfuly complacent working in the HR department of an uninspiring office where labels, staples, and compliance are the media in which they now traffic. Blissful, that is, until Cleurnd gets the fame, fortune, and weight-loss bug, begins consuming large quantities of tunafish in an attempt to get mercury-poisoning skinny and be a literary darling, and her fictional writing world seeps ever more intimately and bizarrely into her reality. SEA FRAUD is a surrealist jaunt through office politics, friendship, the writing process, and the very strange experience of being a person living and eating in America.
