Trained as an actor David Goodland (d of b 29 Mar 1947) began writing in 1987. His first play was an adaptatoion of Winifred Foley's a Child in the Forest commissioned by the Swan Theatre, Worcester. It was later given an Arts Council award and reproduced at the everyman Theatre Cheltenham. 20 years later it is still a popular play. the latest production being a tour by Jenny Wren Productions in the summer of 2009. all David Goodland's Theatre productions have been produced by BBC Radio. David currently works as a journalist in Spain. all scripts available for performance from Brian Wheeler at Brightrack@aol.com
