Synopsis:
Shakespeare's universal love story, adapted and infused with modern life. Discover a unique physical retelling of this classic tale by an ensemble cast, using interpretive movement and original music. Director Stefanie Harris celebrates Shakespeare, soundscapes, and the human form, weaving together together movement, music and text. The young cast of Hofstra University graduates and students infuses new life into a well-loved story. Royal Family Productions, an up-and-coming Manhattan-based company who have successfully graced Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway since 2007, make their debut visit to the Edinburgh Fringe.
