Princess Petruska

Synopsis:
Interesting and unusual pantomime from this popular writer. Princess Petruska, daughter of the Czar, flees from her home and is pursued by wicked Bolsheviks. She hides out in a small village and is protected by Nickolai and the other villagers. The tale is a neat combination of the 'anastasia' legend and a sort of Cinderella in reverse - with a hint of 'Fiddler on the Roof' - but with a traditional pantomime happy ending of course! What more could you ask for?
