Synopsis:
Hitler is in power and some Jewish families have sent their children into the countryside prior to being smuggled out of Germany. Whilst waiting to go they read a book about Brave Mary a slave in America who was smuggled from the South to freedom. Her story gives them hope for the future.

Synopsis:
Donny lives with his grandmother and has joined a gang. During a fight he is injured so badly that he is confined to a wheelchair. He has seizures and during these he finds himself in a desert with Queen Esther who is 600 years old and Uncle Best. They are seeking for someone to pass on the legacy of Black People. In his waking hours Donny plots revenge on the gang that injured him.
