Synopsis:
The Easter Rising in Dublin in 1916, which laid the foundations of the Irish state, is to become a musical, due to premiere in Dublin in 2011. 1916 the Musical, will base a fictional love story around the factual events of the Easter Rising, following the lives of the historical and everyday characters, with a love triangle that leads to obsession, betrayal and ultimately revenge.
