Simon Jackson is a playwright, filmmaker and poet, born in Manchester, UK. He ran Living Arts Space Theatre Company from 1992 until 1995 then worked as a journalist, musician and teacher in eastern Europe, North Africa and South America. He was Head of Drama at Newton College in Lima, Peru from 1998-2001. On returning to the UK he worked as a features writer for magazines including Take a Break, That's Life, BElla and Best and now lives in Edinburgh, writing plays and poems and making films, some of which have won things.

a child, Boo, and her stuffed toy travel across an arid landscape to a deserted village playing a game of explorers. their journey takes on a new aspect when they discover a young, injured soldier and all of them must face up to the traumatic events that have led them here.

Synopsis:
