Jack Kelly's penname is Jay Christopher. He is a ten-times published playwright. He ran the White Barn Theatre in Irwin Pennsylvania from the late 60s to the 70s. It was during this period that he wrote, directed, produced, and often starred in his own plays. He also produced other playwrights' pieces. His big hit farce, still in publication, is "Not With MY Daughter". It starred Dick Sergeant, who was directed by Mr. Kelly. The play had a successful regional tour for quite some time. also in publication is a play for adolescents called "Runaways". and in manuscript form, "The affair in 22B" is available via Samuel French Publishers. I starred in the show for 5 nights with Mr. Kelly at the Vital Theatre, NYC. Jay Christopher's other publishers are Dramatics and Baker. His other 8 or so plays are no longer in circulation.
