Speak Of Me As I Am

The two discuss the similarities in their lives, the racism and prejudice they experienced, as well as the roles they played in this fascinating spoken word performance. The piece is written by novelist and playwright Maureen Lawrence, and completes her trilogy of plays dealing with race issues, BLaCK ICE, and RESURRECTION which won the PLaYS ON STaGE award in 1995.
