Flesh, Flash And Frank Harris
Synopsis:
an embittered old Frank Harris reminisces in his apartment in Nice and, through a series of flashbacks, recreates the many ups and downs in his life - his friendship with the likes of Oscar Wilde and George Bernard Shaw, his successes and failures with women, his battle with censors upon the publication of My Life and Loves - and ultimately comes to grips with the many ghosts from his past, including his younger and middle-aged self.

follows the psychological journey of Nick, an intelligent and articulate college student who tries to piece together his uncomfortable memories of a gruesome murder which took place in his hometown nine years ago. as Nick tries to relate the incidents of the case to his own present situation, he slowly becomes the boy whose body was found mutilated and buried along the sandy banks of the Kansas River. a newspaper photographer is in the process of being committed to a mental institution and his mother calls a meeting at his apartment to dispose of his worldly goods. The play cap-tures in various flashbacks the nature of the man's relationships with the five most important women in his life.
