Trailerville
Trailerville
Synopsis:
Trailerville takes place in the early 1970s and explores the lives of the residents of the fictional Lakeview Mobile Home Park in the Southern community of DeSales County. From a daily (literal) cross carrier, to a suicidal compulsive overeater, to a precocious nine-year old numbers prodigy, to an ex-con who has just gotta have his chicken fried steak, Trailerville shows how every human travels a spiritual road in life, aware of it or not-sometimes by choice, sometimes kicking and screaming! It is an, at times hilarious, and often moving, exploration of faith, acceptance, love, and triumph that asks the question-Does where we come from make us who we are and, perhaps more importantly, does God live in a trailer?"
