Theater Center, Key City Public Theater (Wa), Source Theater (DC), MidWest New Play Festival (Chicago), Lark Theater's Playwrights Week, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, NYU's hotINK Festival, Denver's Old Vic and Chicago Womens Theater alliance among others. Jeni is the recipient of an Independent artists Challenge Grant from Field and a Woolrich Postgraduate Fellowship from Columbia University. She twice served as a panelist for the Dramatists Guild "art of the Synopsis" seminar, was a 2010 guest artist/mentor for the Seabury Quinn, Jr. Playwriting Festival at Ohio University, and featured writer for the NY Madness at 13th Street Rep. Jeni is also the Founding artistic Director of Seven Devils Playwrights Conference, a project of id Theater; and Head of the Playwriting Program at Playwrights Horizons Theater School. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.

American Eyes

Synopsis:
Soso thinks he understands english and he hopes to impress Maka on their first date to Washington Square Park. When they stumble across an outdoor production of "a Midsummer's Night's Dream," Soso finds himself seriously challenged - as does the interpreter trying to translate their date (and the play) for the audience - in this meta-play about love, language and the plight to be understood.

Synopsis:
Audrey, a socialite turned relief worker, finds herself in a war-torn nation awarding a free feast and celebrity-style photo shoot to the besieged family of anya andonov. Trapped in a world that is as absurd and laughable, as it is brutal, anya and Audrey struggle to salvage their feast as the world around them spirals into collapse.
