Synopsis:
'The thousand injuries of Fortunado I had born as best I could. But when he ventured upon insult, I vowed revenge.' This American Gothic great by Edgar Allan Poe will lead you deep into the catacombs of Montresor's manor in search of retribution, madness, and danger. Montresor is a man to be respected, but when Fortunado, the famous connoisseur, disregards this he is forced to take action luring Fortunado after a prize that may or may not exist. The prize is the much sought after Amontillado, a rare sherry wine, but as desire and drunkenness grip Fortunado madness grips Montresor. Will Montresor be redressed or will Fortunado prove to be the better man?
