A Yorkshireman, Phillip Mann came to New Zealand in 1969. He was appointed lecturer in drama at Victoria University of Wellington. Phillip Mann has worked extensively as a director and actor in professional theatre as well as a writer for radio. He is currently on leave of absence in China. (1979)
