One Day All This Will Be Yours

Synopsis:
Pete Bullock, successful Gold Coast hinterland sewage pumpout contractor, lives with wife Marge and arts student son Jamie in his lovely Nirvana Waters home. But he has a few problems. For thirty seven years, he has slaved to build a business to hand on to his kids. Ten years ago, his older son Michael disappeared. Now younger son Jamie tells Pete he wants to be 'a poet, not a shit carter.' On top of this, Pete's just had a run-in with the council's health inspector following a spillage outside the mayor's house. His contract, his business, is under threat. Then there's his heart. His doctor's told him he has to stop work yesterday. Or else.

Over the Back Fence

Synopsis:
Three couples, in a real estate development which overlooks a polluted swamp, suddenly find that their blocks will become valuable waterfront properties if a planned council lake goes ahead. The catch: They all have to sign or the council won't proceed. But Sean, an apparently committed greenie, claims that the proposed lake will destroy the habitat of a rare frog. He won't sign. The other neighbours swing into a no-holds-barred campaign based on wine, women and song to win him over.
