Synopsis:
Meet Beth: part-time actress, part-time barmaid, full time dreamer. Having never bagged the role of her dreams, Beth currently helps her Dad at his failing hotel in The Lake District. When an old flame comes into town with another size zero starlet Beth questions her ambitions and finds comfort in the arms of a charming poet. Is this the romantic lead that Beth has been looking for? Or is he just a distraction from the real Romeo who has been under Beth's nose the whole time? The walls of The Lakeland Arms will sing with tales of lust and love in this glorious comedy packed with new songs, snogs and bags of Northern spirit. When the characters are larger than life, can there really be No Fat Juliets?
