From Sydney's Northern Beaches, Tom Mesker is an actor, writer and director. Tom has acted from a young age and thinks this sparked his passion and interest in theatre and film, saying that each are like limbs. Honing his craft in Bathurst at CSU, in its Theatre and Media degree, Tom performed in and co-created many theatre projects and wrote and directed Portraits, a site specific theatre event as his major work project. Since then he has achieved a Certificate in Drama and Performing Arts through A.M.E.B, written Spinning that appeared in Melbourne's Short and Sweet festival and performed in Multiple stage plays and short films. Tom has facilitated workshops irc-improvisation at Newtown High School through NYTC and also tutors drama to high school students with an emphasis on HSC performance development.
