Synopsis: | Mittelpunkt's two-bander sees a flighty, ageing artist Mira return to her family home following the death of her brother. There she finds that the crumbling house is occupied and owned by Aaron an uncouth driver who intends to build a silkworm factory there. Grubby Aaron, however, emerges as a good sort who bought the place in order to save Mira's brother from debts. Imagine Hepburn and Bogart in The African Queen, and you'll get an idea of the dynamic between the two characters. You'll also get an idea of the relationship's predictable arc as mutual suspicion turns to love, via begrudging respect. | |||||
