Dolly Wants to Die
Synopsis:
Meet Dolly: a potty-mouth, chain-smoking toy doll. She can sing, dance, throw a tea party like a bitch literally, anything! Except, that is, the one thing she wants most in the world. Dolly can't die. A victim of Cameron's Britain, this doll is done playing nice. Presenting first world problems in an imaginary world this offbeat comedy - through music, storytelling and stand-up - explores the peril of entering adulthood and the absolute ball ache of being alive.

E15
Synopsis:
'We want social housing, not social cleansing'. On the 19th October 2013, 29 single mums at Stratford's Focus E15 hostel received eviction notices. Faced with the choice between skyrocketing rent or being forcibly relocated from their children, the mothers united to take action. And so began a campaign that placed these young women on the frontline and forced housing back onto the national agenda. From the Houses of Parliament, to the streets of Newham, this piece of documentary theatre is adapted solely from the real-life testimonies of the most prominent and marginalized voices of the political spectrum - providing a truthful retelling of the most prominent yet sidelined issue in the UK. As Britain faces ever-increasing cuts to welfare and social benefits, E15 explores our relationship with housing in 2015 and how one group of young mothers refused to be marginalized. This is the beginning of the end of the social housing crisis.
