Alejandro Morales is a New York based playwright. He is the author of the silent concerto (Two FringeNYC Awards, 1 Innovative Theater Award), sweaty palms (1998 Van Lier Fellowship Recipient, Mabou Mines), sebastian (2003 Whitfield Cook Award), expat/inferno (Fringe NYC "Overall Achievement Award"), marea, castle of blood, the october crisis (to laura), william bell, adrian on the island and On Rachmaninoff's Birthday. His work has been developed and presented at the Public Theater, INTAR, South Coast Repertory, HERE, The New York International Fringe Festival, Working Theater and Packawallop Productions where he is both a founding member and Associate Artistic Director. He was a 2008 Emerging Writer at the Public Theater and is an alumnus of New Dramatists. His work has been published by NoPassport Press.

Post 9/11 New York City. A fateful encounter with a heartbroken French chanteuse at the Cock and a mysterious phone call send Danny on a trip to Paris to look for his missing lover, X. Only Paris is not as he remembers it. Cryptic postcards, sexual encounters and Dante's INFERNO collide in his search to discover the truth about his past, present, and future.
