Business Is War
Synopsis:
Business is War is a rollicking comedy, blending situational and verbal humour. the play revolves around George, proprietor and generally all-in-one copywriter, account executive and media director of "Innovative Advertising", a small advertising agency in Pune. George has a secretary, Priya, who has taken to heart George's favourite quote, "Business is War." However, her interpretation of the term is not quite what one would expect. Matters get tense when the CEO of a Software Export Firm looking for a good advertising agency descends upon Innovative Advertising and lays down a rather strange condition for doing business with the agency. To add to George's woes, someone makes a complaint that the agency has made false claims in an advertisement, and Innovative Advertising is soon to come under the scrutiny of a Regulatory Body. It's a war situation, and into the breach flies Priya, all but guns blazing. Priya may lack in general understanding and strategic thinking, but she more than makes up for it in enthusiasm, and is completely convinced that it is she who must defend Innovative Advertising from marauding investigators. the result is a hilarious comedy of unexpected verbal twists and - for George - some rather painful turns.

Who Let the Dogs Out?
Synopsis:
Who Let the Dogs Out is a comedy set in contemporary times, and blends situational and verbal humour. the play revolves around David, proprietor and Editor of "the Pune Guardian", a smalltime newspaper in Pune. He has a tormentor in the form of Renuka, a journalist, with whom he is constantly at loggerheads due to her penchant for investigative reporting and flowery prose. To make matters worse, Renuka takes up the case of Mr. Deshpande, an old man who is being threatened by a local goon, Chhota Paresh. Things get complicated when Chhota Paresh decides to pay a visit to the newspaper office and Renuka manages to get the case inextricably mixed up with another investigative piece on which she is working. Chaos and confusion ensue, and the results are hilarious.
