Baby Steps

Synopsis:
Robert is applying to adopt a baby through an agency run by the stern, overworked Rosemary. Nothing about their meeting seems to be going right from the start, and when Robert reveals that he is gay, the interview is cut short. Realizing that his chances to adopt are slim, he challenges Rosemary to confront her prejudices in this play about acceptance, forgiveness, and moving on.

Next Fall

Next Fall
In this witty and provocative urban romance, a Christian gives an Atheist the Heimlich, and dislodges more than they bargained for. Written by Naked Angels' artistic director Geoffrey Nauffts, Next Fall chronicles the five-year relationship of Adam and Luke as they grapple with their respective demons. Timely and compelling, the play places the current Prop 8 controversy in a human context by examining what it means to 'believe' in this day and age, and what it might cost us not to.
