Synopsis:
In the midst of the Rwandan genocide, four radio presenters at Radio Television Libre des Mille Collines try to broadcast their regularly scheduled programme. As these likeable professionals play the newest hits, drink beer, joke around they casually promote one of the worst genocides in history. A verbatim piece consisting entirely of materials collected from inside Rwanda during the genocide.
