Albert Ostermaier was born on November 30th 1967 in Munich. At the age of sixteen he discovered a love of literature and began writing poetry. He received the P.E.N. Liechtenstein award for poetry in 1995. There have been a number of cds of his poetry produced with specially written musical accompaniment by Bert Wrede.
