Born 1962 and raised in Los Angeles, California. Graduated Montebello High School 1980. Attended East Los Angeles College were he received several writing awards and publications also attended Rio Hondo College. Acted and directed in regional Theaters throughout Southern California. One of the founders of the controversial performance artists trio the Subterranean Lounge Lizards (1993). Parker's plays have been produced mostly in the Los Angeles area throughout the 90's then at the Lizard Theater In Alhambra, California, a small Theater company which he founded with Ruben Aguilar in 2003.

Party's Over, The
Synopsis:
Inspired by the farce, "Par La Fenetre" by Georges Feydeau "the Party's Over" concerns a married man feverishly trying to put his apartment back together after several days of decadence.
