Synopsis:
Winner of the Charles Cash Award, Bristol One Act Drama Festival, 1999. Kate, a strong independent woman, has invited her friends around for the afternoon. She has received some news that she needs to share with them. Everything is not as it seems, when their images of her life and marriage are shattered one by one, ending with Kate's revelation. I do hope that many more groups have the opportunity to present this fine work. Women's groups will be delighted to perform [this play] with its four well written roles. Scott Marshall, Adjudicator
