Brian Michael Peterson is a queer playwright and stage director, and has worked every aspect of the Theater since 2001. His plays have only received a staged reading or a workshop reading: CAN't TEAR ME DOWN, DOWNWARD, the RIGHT INFORMATION OMITTED and the TRUTH COMES OUT [10-MIN Play] with Over the Rainbow Performance Lab. Brian works as a freelance director and as the Box Office Assistant/House Manager for Seattle Public Theater. As a director, he has mounted productions of KISS OF the SPIDER WOMAN, HEDWIG AND the ANGRY INCH, HIS MOtheR CALLS HIM PETEY, ELEVATOR LOVE, ROOMERS, and all of his plays. Synopsis:
Impressions is a collaborative play by the Kentucky Women Playwrights Seminar (KWPS) and Feminist Artists of Kentucky. This work was inspired by Impressionist and post-Impressionist paintings and reflects a feminist and humanist perspective.
