I was born in London, England. I learned my craft on the job, working as a backup vocalist for Bob Geldof and various bands in the 1980's,then began doing some walk on parts on TV and small roles. My mentors are Eric and Eliza Roberts who really helped train me and gave me the confidence that I could do a one woman show. William Kollar and Andrew Cohen along with Renae Baker gave me feedback along the way which was so helpful to learn which way to go with the performance. I did a play reading for playwright Nicole Burton's Swimming Up the Sun where I played the lead role and have recently had small parts in two independent films Black Moonlight and In between Black and White. I am currently pursuing more acting work and will have some performances of my play next year - The American Adoption Conference in San Francisco in April and a show in Los Angeles during that month. Beneath My Father's Sky debuted at the United Solo Festival and won "Best Direction".
