A Michigan native, Rebecca Poulson was born just this side of the Canadian border and raised in a little farming and auto-working town near Lansing. She studied writing and improvisation with iO Chicago, Second City and the Annoyance Theater and has a degree in art history from the University of Michigan. Rebecca is the recepient of an Avery Hopwood Award, Dennis McItyre Prize and Stanley S. Schwartz prize. In New York her work has been seen at FringeNYC, the Irish Arts Center, Jimmy's 43 and the Incubator Arts Project. Rebecca has been a proud member of the ESPA community since 2009.
