Not one, but five actors play Tesla. Entrepreneurial producer Felix Habbernathy finds the means to produce an erotic film based on the events of the September 11th tragedy in a last-ditch effort to save the company. Faced with protests, death threats, and bomb scares, the movie perseveres to incredible reviews and sales. The company is saved but must continue to make movies that push the envelope into uncharted and dangerous territory: new films about other atrocities. Finally, faced with a new tragedy and the concern of eroticizing all tragedies, Felix reconsiders what it means to profit off of the pain and suffering of others.
