The immaculate entertainer started as a boy with John Tiller and has been in every line of show business except circus and opera. At one time he was even a bullfighter in Spain. Frank was also in the T.V. series "Food for Thought; has broadcast in "Palace of Varieties" also from Radio Luxembourg and filmed in "She stoops to Conquer" with George Formby and Robertson Hare. [Note from your host: Actually the film was called "He Snoops to Conquer" (1944) and poor old Frank went uncredited. As these programme notes were trying so hard to big up the achievements of the "IT'S A PLEASURE" players it seems rather odd that no mention was made of Frank's appearance in five 1960 editions of the hit TV comedy series"Whacko!" starring Jimmy Edwards. Frank played Mr. Cope-Willoughby.]
