Compiled from her letters, diaries and emails by Alan Rickman and Guardian journalist Katharine Viner, My Name is Rachel Corrie recounts her short life and sudden death in her own words. Rachel Corrie was born in 1979 in Washington State, USA. In 2003 she went to the Gaza strip to protest about Israeli settlements. She was crushed to death while standing in the path of a bulldozer destroying Palestinian homes.
edited by Katherine Viner And Alan Rickman. Compiled from Rachel Corrie's letters And diaries
