Nationality:    British
email:    n/a     Website:    n/a

Literary Agent:    n/a

Rolanda Ronald was her Equity name. She was a genuinely titled person known as Lady Bourne. She had lost a brother in WW1 and had never really got over it. She belonged to the P.E.N. Club, Concert Artists Association and the Arts Theatre Club. She advertised herself as a Lecturer and Entertainer. She lived, with her husband, in Alma Square, St Johns Wood, London. In 1909 she was a young chorus member of W.S.Gilberts controversial production "Fallen Faries". Her remarks concerning the removal of Nancy McIntosh from the star role of Selene in this production are quoted in W. S. Gilbert: A classic Victorian & his Theatre by Jane W. Stedman.
