Paul Rubens was born on April 29th 1875 in Kensington, London to a very wealthy family. He began composing whilst at Oxford and wrote music for a production there of "Alice In Wonderland" to which Lewis Carroll himself contributed. He was a prolific writer of songs - Vesta Tilly was one of the people he wrote for. He became engaged to the actress Phyllis Dare but broke the engagement when he decides that he was too ill to marry. He had suffered a consumptive condition all his life. When the condition worsened he retired to Cornwall where he died on 5th February 1917 aged 41

Florodora
On the Island of Floradora, Floradora perfume is made from the Floradora flower. The factory and the whole island is owned by Cyrus W Gillian an American who stole the factory from the rightful owner. The daughter of the rightful owner, Dolores, works for Gillian. A new manager for the factory arrives. He is really a Lord is disguise. He and Dolores have an instant attraction.

Miss Hook Of Holland

Synopsis:
Sally Hook has two gentlemen interested in her bandmaster Van Vuyt and Captain Adrian Papp. She prefers Van. Her father owns a distillery that makes the drink "Cream of the Sky" - unfortunately he looses the recipe. It is found by Simon Slinks who gives it to the Captain. The Captain says he will return the recipe but only if Sally marries him
