Inaccurate Conception
Synopsis:
the Inaccurate Conception is a raucous and often slightly surreal celebration of everyone's first brush with the theatre - the school Nativity Play! Celia Whibley is a young teacher directing class 3C of Verruca Street Primary School in just such a play, and though the children are unprepossessing and unco-operative, they are the least of Celia's troubles - her real obstacle is the unhelpful staff. Battling against the odds within and outside the classroom is a "learning experience" for poor Celia. . . Will the struggle have been worth it? Seven-year-olds, teachers and parents alike are played by adults in this energetic and warm-hearted comedy.

Other People
Neurotic Andrea, slobbish Stephen, efficient Hilary and meek Duncan share a flat and, given their very different characters, it is no surprise that they do not get on particularly well. Other People depicts half an hour in the life of this chaotic and argumentative household, in which tempers are lost, crockery is broken and tears shed . . .

Starch
This one-act monologue features company accountant Charles who has been arrested for shoplifting. When a police officer asks him whether the offence was a "cry for help", he denies it. But later, while he is ironing his shirts, he begins to wonder out loud whether, in fact, this first-ever act of rebellion is showing him that, rather than lamenting the loss of his job and the collapse of his marriage, he should be rejoicing
