Robert Scott is an award winning British playwright. His scripts range from dark tragedies to light comedies and have currently been performed in 18 countries .His musical abilities have received praise from established professionals such as Wang-Chung founder and former Sony producer Nick Feldman and Ivor Novello award winner David Matthews. Robert's musical ambition started at the age of three teaching himself piano by copying music he heard on the TV and radio. Through the years, Robert also had a passion for short stories and would write the adventures of "Robert the Raindrop" for his classmates and teachers, at the age of six. This all remained a hobby until 2006 when Robert set up his own production team with the specific task of work shopping and performing his scripts. Later, Robert staged a short sketch show and a musical which promptly brought him to the attention of a west-end producer. The following year Robert produced his first full length musical at Her Majesty's Theatre (Home to Phantom of the Opera) receiving outstanding reviews. Robert has written a variety of full-length, one act plays and comedy sketches published by Lazy Bee Scripts. Robert's plays have received hundreds of productions throughout the world, winning awards in festivals and positive reviews. His plays range from easy to perform two-handers with limited set to complex farces. From the hilarious 'Some People' to the gentle drama '12hr Life' and the dark ghost story 'Scarlett', Robert's plays have gripped audiences and will continue to do so for years to come.

Act Of Living, The

Synopsis:
Tom and Evelyn were born in the mid 1930's and we follow their story through childhood to the present day by witnessing snapshots of their lives, or at least the events that surround their special place. We discover Tom and Evelyn at the ages of eight and nine as they meet for the first time, unaware of how significant this first meeting is. Shaped by the ever changing world around them and their own personal challenges, we continue to travel with our two friends throughout their lives. Only glimpsing the moments shared at this ordinary park bench which has become such a special place for them.

Larry the Loner has been stranded for the past seven years on an island. Destitute, alone and without a friend.
