Jenny Seidelman is a Chicago area native. Her plays have received staged readings at Chicago Dramatists, Around the Coyote, the Illegitimate Arts Festival, the Children's Theater of Western Springs, TADA! Theater Company in New York and her alma mater, Knox College, where she was a three-time winner of the Davenport Award for Playwriting. Her plays for young people, A Crime in a Rhyme and Searching for Him, are published by TADA! Theater. Her short play Wet Work was produced as part of n.u.f.A.n. ensemble's Seven Plays in Seven Days festival and her piece Jerry Springer: I'm Having God's Baby! was produced by TantA Productions in San Francisco. She was commissioned by Northlight Theatre to write a script for their Performing Arts Camp and by Chicago director Lavina Jadhwani to adapt antoine de Saint Exupery's the Little Prince. For WNEP Theater in Chicago she co-wrote Dirty Bible Stories with Seth Fisher and Dave Stinton and contributed to Armageddon Radio Hour New Years Eve, Christmas My Ass (redux), RAW: a Write Club Sampler, Soiree Dada: Soiree Dada Schmuck Der Hallen and Nighthawk Sandwich/the (Edward) Hopper Project. Her poetry has been read at Great Beast Theater, Messenger Theatre Company, the Gwendolyn Brooks Spoken Word Poetry Contest and WNEP Theater's the Gong Show. In 2000 she won the International Wizard of Oz Club's Otto Award for Short Fiction.

In a pub in Belfast, Roj and his wife Fan discuss the meaning and purpose of Boxing Day, also known as St. Stephen's Day. Crime in a Rhyme, A
Synopsis:
In Nursery Rhyme Land, poor Little Bo Peep has lost her favorite lamb Lamberta. Soon after, Mary Had A Little Lamb shows up at school with an adorable lamb. Failing to hide her from Mrs. Pumpkineater, Mary is accused of stealing Bo Peep's lamb. After a heated trial, Lamberta is returned to her rightful owner and Mary and her accomplice Tom Tom, the Piper's Son are sentenced for their wrongdoing. the play involves audience participation and a lesson is leaned about the importance of standing up for the truth when the hero Jack (of Jack and Jill) must help bring Mary and Tom Tom to justice.
