Steve's writing career began in advertising. He was a copywriter in various agencies creating campaigns for Milton Keynes, Rolls-Royce, Pepe Jeans and Harp Lager amongst others, and won various awards for both TV and cinema campaigns. He was also the author of ROLLS-ROYCE: the Complete Works which was published by Faber and Faber and reached the top of the Sunday Times best-seller list. His screenwriting credits include MAGICK (optioned by World Productions), I USED TO THINK I LOOKED LIKE BRYAN FERRY (optioned by Hartswood Films) and HALFWAY TO PARADISE (optioned by DL Taffner). Most recently Steve has completed a screenplay SLEEPING TOGEtheR which Phil Traill is now attached to direct. He is also the author of a one-act stage play DON't LOOK DOWN (BAC). Steve now combines his writing with his work as a counsellor and psychotherapist and is currently working on a screenplay the WEAtheR PRINCESS by Lex Filmed Entertainment which is based on an original idea which came second in the UK Film Council's "25 Words or Less" Competition.

Sharing Sean
Synopsis:
Sean is about to start at a new school. His teacher meets his parents who claim he is a quiet and withdrawn boy. then a lesbian couple turn up also claiming to be Sean's parents and they say he is lively and out going. then a single mother arrives to say Sean is her son.
