Last of the Jews

Synopsis:
Judah's son, Jacob, is running the family's Chinese restaurant into the ground. Some "Crackers" from California have offered him the opportunity to expand, but he needs the funds to do so, money he lost to schemes revolving around his Italian Mafia Matre D', and Hispanic cook, and money Jacob knows his father still has. Meanwhile, Jacob's son, Joshua, is plagued by memories of his bris. As Judah wants nothing to do with California, he and the prophet Elijah scheme to use the depressed teen to blow up the restaurant.

Somewhere in Utopia

Synopsis:
Two relatively young men have not ventured outside of their home for many years. Relying on the technology at hand, an abusive and co-dependent relationship, contrived logic, and a daily schedule of extreme inactivity, they have "survived" and been "happy"- until the the play's narrator (who narrators the inactivity), kidnaps the mailman, takes the battery out of the phone, and unplugs the television.
