Bernie Strand has published in several collegiate journals, earning kudos from the Rocky Mountain Press Association and Wyoming ARTCORE for her short stories and children's scripts. Ms. Strand's plays have been performed at Casper Children's Theatre, Spotlight On Kids, and Stage III Community Theatre. She enjoys collaborating with small theater companies around the country as "Artist in Residence," teaching related modules in local classrooms and workshops for adults. Bernie currently lives in Hawaii where sun and surf abound and new adventures lurk around every corner.

Flander Flounder Goes To School
Synopsis:
Word in the current is that Shadows have been spotted in the kelp forest, but that can't stop Flander Flounder and his curious friends. Along with Tony Tuna, Shalene Shark, and Cubbie Guppie, Flander and the gang learn about friendship and teamwork, as their reef community is shaken by the threat of human encroachment.
