Altar Boyz
The Altar Boyz boy band Matthew, Mark, Luke and Juan - the Hispanic-American one and Abraham - the Jewish one. Five boys from Ohio now in New York and the big time beckons - but who will sell out and who will ditch their beliefs for fame?

conceived by Marc Kessler And Ken Davenport; book by Kevin Del Aguila; music And lyrics by Gary Adler And Michael Patrick Walker. ALTAR BOYZ, the longest running Off-Broadway musical to open in the last ten years, which Ken co-conceived and produced, was the winner of the 2005 Outer Critics award for Best Off-Broadway Musical and the winner of the Broadway.com audience Favorite award for Long Running Off-Broadway Musical for the past two years in a row. It recently completed its first National Tour, garnering critical acclaim around the country, and has also been produced internationally in Korea and Hungary. In the coming year, ALTAR BOYZ is slated for production in Brazil, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and many other countries.
