Steven Michael Walters is an actor, writer, director and producer. Steven is a member of the resident acting company at Dallas Theater Center in addition to being a co-founder, co-artistic director and resident playwright of Second Thought Theatre in Dallas, Texas. As an actor, Steven is perhaps best known for his stint on NBC's FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS as guidance counselor Glenn Reed. As a screenwriter and producer, Steven's films have played at SXSW, DIFF, Cucalorus, New Port Beach, Water Front, BFI London, Damah, SAIC, Attic, and Park City Film Music Festival among others. Steven is a co-writer and producer on the hit comedy LOVE AND AIRSEX, directed by Bryan Poyser, which premiered at SXSW and was recently distributed by Tribeca Films. Steven also appeared in director Eric Steele's award-winning film BOB BIRDNOW'S REMARKABLE TALE OF HUMAN SURVIVAL AND TRANSCENDENCE OF SELF. Steven's next project is producing, acting in and serving as a script consultant for the film version of Dominic Orlando's play DANNY CASOLARO DIED FOR YOU with Aviation Cinemas and Caliber Media Co.

Fading between present-day interrogation room Drama and moments from the coach's past hiding out in a motel with a young female student, the Girl from Nashville explores questions of right and wrong, good and evil, and the nature of redemption.

Synopsis:
On the front porch. Bill is worried about his room mate Fred who has been out all night and still not shown up. Duck wonders whether Bill is gay as he says he is. Fred's girlfriend Jenny arrives - she and Bill seem to be sharing a secret.
