Synopsis:
Frumpy librarian Constance Black finds a mysterious notebook on one of the library shelves. The book contains a magic phrase which when Constance reads it out loud it turns her into Sexpot. She immediately makes a play for actor Chad. Meanwhile the town council are planning to demolish the library
