"you got ya step daddy singing hymns praising da Lord Almighty to save you" Mum and Neena both dreamt of evil last night. As they confront the past can Monday ever be the same again? Written and performed by Gloria Williams and directed by Ellie Joseph, the award winning play MONDAY is a one-woman play that depicts a disturbing series of events that harm and eventually destroy the world of what appears to everyone else to be a typical, church-going North London family. With her poetic and rhythmic language, Williams evokes the individual emotions and journeys of her characters.
