Synopsis:
Two fans have written a musical about "Doctor Who" and have great plans for their production. However, Matt Smith and David Tennant turn down the offer of appearing in it - so they try to put it on themselves. But the BBC is being very awkward with their copyright material - no Tardis - but a travelling telephone box and the Doctor is an ordinary GP who happens to be a Lord of Time rather than a Time Lord
