A Graduate of the MA in Creative Writing (with Distinction) at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle. Roz is a playwright represented by Georgina Ruffhead at David Higham Associates. Roz is winner of the Ovation Theatre Award for Best New Writing 2010 and a two time recipient of a Peggy Ramsay Award. Roz also works as a freelance script reader for a number of theatres. Roz's novel Everything You Wanted was published in 2008 by Tonto Press. She is also has short stories published in Tonto Short Stories and More Tonto Short Stories. More recently she has contributed to the Playwriting section of Lost The Plot - 500 writing prompts and how to use them - Adam Maxwell (2012). Roz also recently wrote the short film Melancholy Funk (2012). Roz has also performed her work and led workshops at literature festivals such as Durham Lit Festival, Darlington Fictions Festival, Jesmond Festival, Hexham Book Festival. Morely Lit Fest amongst others. She has also worked as a dramaturg on projects with Live Youth Theatre and Almeida Theatre amongst others.
